Connection log

It checks the WiFi connection every 5 seconds, and every 15 seconds it checks, in order: is it on WiFi, does the router answer, can it reach the internet, and can it look up names. The first one that fails is what's logged. A problem with the internet coming in from the road shows as "Internet down (router fine)".
